Employees, contractors, suppliers and residents can report a breach of the law or of the Code of Conduct through the trust line: theft, bribery, falsified records, safety breaches, the purchase of unlicensed ore or harassment at work.

How reports are handled
- A report can be anonymous. If you give your name, it is known only to the Compliance Officer.
- The Compliance Officer reports to the Audit Commission, not to the management of the site concerned.
- No employee may be dismissed, moved or disciplined for a report made in good faith.
- Each report is answered within 30 days if a means of reply is given.
