The Combine buys equipment, spare parts, materials and services for its mines and plants through open tenders. Purchases above 2 million som are put out to tender, and tenders above 10 million som are also published on the e-Irad tender portal.

Tender documents are issued free of charge at the Procurement Department of the head office, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00, to registered suppliers. Bids are delivered in sealed envelopes and opened in public on the day after the closing date.
Bids are accepted only in person at the head office in Talas. The Combine never asks for registration fees, bid deposits or advance payments, and never invites bids by e-mail, messenger or any other website. Report any such request to the Trust line.
Equipment and materials for the first stage of the Restart Programme are supplied under the partner agreements and are not part of these tenders.
Supplier registration
To take part in a tender, a supplier must be on the Combine's register of suppliers. Registration is free and is valid for three years. Please bring or send to the Procurement Department:
- the certificate of state registration and the tax registration number;
- the names of the owners and directors of the company;
- references from two customers;
- for equipment, certificates of conformity; for work on site, the safety record and the licences required for the work.
Terms
- Payment within 30 days of delivery and acceptance, in som or in US dollars through Talasbank.
- Delivery to the site warehouses at Sary-Bulak or Chatkal unless the tender states otherwise.
- Suppliers must follow the Code of Conduct. Gifts to employees of the Combine are not allowed. Any request for a payment should be reported to the Trust line.
