I worked at Sary-Bulak and received shares in 1994. What should I do?
Contact the Shares Department at the head office with your passport and any share certificate or extract you have. Heirs of former employees should bring the certificate of inheritance. See Shareholder information.
How do I apply for a job?
Vacancies are listed on the Careers page. You can apply in person at the head office or send your CV to the Human Resources Department. Applicants from Lower Naryn and Chu districts have priority for the first stage of the Restart Programme.
When will the idle lines restart?
The first Sary-Bulak line will begin trial running in December 2026, the flotation section and the Chatkal trioxide shop in spring 2027, and furnace No. 3 in the second half of 2027. See the Restart Programme.
Who are the partners in the restart?
Two companies, a buyer of antimony products and a supplier of equipment and materials. They will hold no shares in the Combine and will be named when the agreements are signed.
Does the Combine sell to private buyers?
No. The Combine sells metal, trioxide and concentrate only to industrial customers under long-term contracts. See Sales and markets.
Does the Combine buy ore?
No. The Combine processes only ore from its own mines and does not buy hand-picked stibnite. See Responsible sourcing.
Is the water below the plants safe?
Water below the mines and tailings dams is sampled every month, and the results are published in the Environmental reports. If you are concerned about a well or a stream, use the Grievance procedure.
Can I visit the mine?
Only by arrangement and with a pass. The museum at Rudnik is open to everyone without a pass. See Site visits.
How can I become a supplier?
Register with the Procurement Department. See Tenders and procurement.
How are antimony royalties used?
Under formulas adopted by the Territorial Legislature in the 1990s, antimony revenue is divided between infrastructure in Talas and rural schools. See Royalties and taxes paid.
