Statement of the mineral resources and ore reserves of the Combine's mines as at 01-01-2026, prepared by the Geological Service of the Sary-Bulak Antimony Works and approved by the Chief Geologist.
Estimates use the State Reserves Committee categories inherited from the Soviet period. Reserves (categories A, B and C1) are ore within the current mine plans. Resources (category C2) are less well explored ore outside the mine plans, mainly below the present working levels. The estimates have not been reviewed by an independent expert. This statement is not prepared under the JORC Code, NI 43-101 or any other stock-exchange reporting code, and it is not intended for use in investment decisions.

Notes
- About 60 per cent of the Sary-Bulak C2 resource lies below the present working levels of about 750 m and in the worked-out levels of Shaft No. 1 and Shaft No. 2. It is the basis of the Deep Levels Restart.
- Changes in 2025: depletion by mining of about 15,300 t of antimony; additions of 9,800 t to reserves from underground drilling at Sary-Bulak.
- At the 2025 rate of mining, the reserves of Sary-Bulak are sufficient for about eleven years, and those of the satellite mines for about seven years.
- The ore also contains cinnabar, fluorite and arsenic minerals and traces of gold. These are not included in the estimate.
- Soviet-era deposits and prospects in the Chatkal highlands, beyond the Qara-Chik line, are not included.
